I opened my practice 18 months ago and The Thriving Dentist was the podcast I returned to constantly during the startup phase. Gary's frameworks for building systems that work without the owner being involved in every decision were invaluable.

The patient experience content and case presentation scripting are things I still use every week.

As a hygienist, reactivation of lapsed patients is something I think about constantly. Gary has the most thorough and practical framework for reactivation I've encountered in any dental media. I've used his scripting verbatim and it works.
