One of the better-rounded practice business podcasts

I recommend The Savvy Dentist to my consulting clients regularly because it covers multiple dimensions of practice success — not just marketing or not just finance, but how they all connect. Jesse has a systems mindset that translates well for practice owners.

The guest episodes vary in quality but the solo content is reliably excellent. Strong foundation for any dentist who wants to approach their practice as a business.

Dr. Green understands the business of dentistry like few others

I found this podcast because a colleague in Australia mentioned Dr. Jesse Green, and even from the US, the content translates perfectly. His framework for understanding what makes a practice profitable versus merely busy has been transformative.

The episodes on case acceptance psychology, patient communication scripts, and building a team that stays are among the best I've heard. He teaches from his own experience as a practice owner who fixed a struggling practice, which makes everything feel earned rather than theoretical.
