fun to listen to and packed with some quality content
Innovating and Exciting!!
Loving this podcast and the new ideas! Millennials are here to stay!
Great content for ALL dentists.
Millennial dentist here. Practicing as an associate who will soon be purchasing the practice I am currently in. It's great to hear other perspectives of other guys my age and the struggles and success they encounter. Great job on the first episodes, I look forward to more!
Good info and entertaining
Enjoyed the podcast and look forward to the entertaining conversations to come. Subscribe today.
Great Work
I just listened to these guys' first few episodes and they are spot on. It's great to hear from dentists going through a similar phase of practice and interested in the technology that I am.
Great listen
I was excited to find this podcast. Dental school spends a lot of time getting you ready to do the dentistry, but doesn't really prepare you for finding a job, navigating insurance, or making those big exciting life decisions.
D2 Dude
Great podcast. I love listening to it on the way to school. Informative and entertaining
Interesting and fun!
These guys hold good conversations, keep things light hearted, and touch on really important topics! Loving it so far!
Go go Millennial Rangers!
I've been listening to The Millennial Dentist podcast and I always look forward to my commute every morning. I love what Dr. Sully and Dr. Peyman are doing with this. Thank you for reminding everyone how much fun dentistry can be.
Awesome stuff
I listen to several dental podcasts but this one has jumped to the front of my list. Episode 4 should be required listening for new grads and dental students. Entertaining and informative — Keep up the great work!
Super helpful and realistic
Current D3 here in Philadelphia. I'm the first person in my family to go into the health care profession let alone graduate school — you guys make understanding the field a lot less daunting for someone from my background. Thanks a lot!!
GREAT!
Best podcast for dentistry! I really look forward to your new episodes and absolutely LOVE listening to you guys!!!!
Changing the perception of millennials
These guys operate an incredible podcast. Each episode has a perfect balance between witty comedy and informative, applicable content. Most importantly, they care about their audience members.
Legit Boss
Sully and Peyman are legit. They have helped pave the way for the next generation of dentists while being mindful of our space in the big picture of dentistry. Thanks for what you guys do.
Love it!
Very entertaining and informative podcast!
Awesome realistic dental podcast!
Just listened to your most recent podcast on my drive to Indy! It was on point! Nice work. Thoroughly enjoyed it and could not agree more with the Cone beam as the best piece of equipment we have ever bought.
Great Podcast!
I highly recommend The Millennial Dentist podcast! It is packed with some quality content and is fun to listen to!
Another deep understanding of dentistry!
Love the shorter podcasts! I'm more engaged and gets me to another level of application to my own dental ownership and thinking. Many of these talked about concepts I can take to my team and apply instantly.
The associate-to-owner content is the best out there
The Millennial Dentist fills a specific gap in dental podcasting — the perspective of dentists in their late 20s and 30s navigating the associate years and early ownership. The conversations feel real because Sully and his co-hosts are living these experiences, not just advising on them from a distance.
The episode on evaluating your first associate contract was something I shared with three colleagues who are in the same position. Practical, honest, and not filtered through anyone's coaching program agenda.
Finally a dental podcast by people my age for people my age
Dr. Sully and the team have created something that feels genuinely generational. The conversations acknowledge that millennial dentists came into the profession with enormous student debt, different expectations around work-life balance, and a relationship with technology that older dentists simply don't have.
The implant content is excellent — Sully's passion for that area comes through and he's brought on some great guests. But honestly even the introspective episodes about why we became dentists and what we want our careers to look like are worth the listen.
