Best dental podcast for leadership and team culture
Kirk Behrendt has a gift for making mindset content feel practical rather than fluffy. The Best Practices Show is the podcast I return to when I need to think about my practice from a leadership perspective rather than just an operational one.
The guests are high quality — not just dentists but coaches, authors, and business leaders from outside dentistry. This cross-industry perspective is rare in dental podcasting and genuinely useful.
Three times per week is a lot of content and some episodes are better than others. I'd put it at about a 70/30 ratio of genuinely valuable vs. somewhat generic. But the high notes are really high.
