I listened to the Noobie Dentist Podcast during my fourth year and it genuinely saved me from making a bad associateship decision. The episode on red flags in associate contracts alone was worth more than any course I took on dental practice management.

The hosts are clearly motivated by wanting to help new dentists — there's no product pushing or sponsor agenda. Just useful information presented clearly.

The Noobie Dentist Podcast addressed every single anxiety I had about entering practice after graduation. Contract review, associateship red flags, student loan strategies, how to evaluate a potential employer — none of this is covered in dental school and all of it matters enormously in your first years.

The tone is honest without being scary, practical without being preachy. If you're a dental student or new grad, this should be the first podcast you subscribe to.
