Great podcast for DSOs and anyone interested in the dental group space!
Highly recommend this podcast. The best part is that they are a neutral party presenting education. I have learned so much about group dentistry products/services and DSOs in a short time.

I have found this podcast and Bill and Kim's group to be so valuable in learning more about the DSO space. They interview true leaders in the market who are graciously willing to share what they're doing — both what's working and what's not.

Essential research tool for anyone evaluating a DSO offer
When I started receiving DSO acquisition inquiries, this podcast became my primary research tool. Kim and Bill cover the DSO landscape with depth and nuance — including the challenges and failures, not just the success stories.
The episodes on earn-out structures, clinical autonomy post-sale, and what associate life looks like inside large DSOs gave me a much clearer picture of what I'd be walking into. Invaluable for any independent dentist navigating the DSO conversation.
The only podcast dedicated to the DSO space done properly
Kim and Bill have been covering the DSO industry longer than almost anyone and their network of guests reflects that. When they get a DSO CEO or PE-backed group leader on the show, the conversations are substantive — not the polished talking points you get at conferences but real operational discussions about what's working and what isn't.
The talent and retention episodes have been particularly valuable for our organization. The scale of their listener network (100+ countries) also means the conversations reflect genuinely global perspectives on group dentistry.

Stopped listening after 5 episodes. All surface-level advice that you can find in any blog post.
